Who we are...
The William Jefferies Company specializes in Real Estate Sales and Purchases, and our sister company, Automated Mortgage Investment provides Home Loans. As result of this relationship, Bob Westover is a Realtor® and a Loan Agent.  Our companies have been servicing the San Francisco Bay Area since 1991.

Although we list many properties, we also do lots of work with renters and first time homebuyers to get them into homes of their own.  Since we work with over 50 different lenders, most of the time this can be done with getting the best financing for you through our wholesale lenders.
